Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LinkAgent.io (the “Platform”), operated by Tropic Traffic LLC-FZ, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates (“LinkAgent”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

  • The Platform may be used by individuals and businesses worldwide.
  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
  • You agree to provide accurate billing and contact information, including address details required for invoicing.
  • You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of abuse, fraud, non-payment, or violations of these Terms.

3. Marketplace Role

LinkAgent operates as a marketplace and coordination platform.

  • We do not own or operate the publishing websites.
  • We coordinate article publications between buyers and independent publishers.
  • Publishers retain full editorial discretion over what content and links they accept.

4. Orders & Publications

  • Users purchase article publications on specific websites, including a link defined by the user.
  • Content creation is not included and cannot be ordered as an add-on.
  • Publishers decide what content and links are acceptable.
  • We do not guarantee SEO results, rankings, traffic, or performance outcomes.

We only guarantee:

  • That a publication is placed when accepted
  • A reasonable uptime of the published article, subject to publisher control

5. Illegal Content & Takedowns

  • Linking to illegal, harmful, or prohibited content is strictly forbidden.
  • If a publication is taken down due to illegal content, policy violations, or non-payment, no refund will be issued.
  • We reserve the right to remove or disable publications at any time to comply with legal or platform requirements.

6. Payments, Wallet & Fees

Accepted payment methods:

  • Wallet balance
  • Credit/debit cards (via Stripe)
  • PayPal (7.5% surcharge)
  • Invoice payments

Wallet

  • Minimum top-up: €100
  • Wallet funds are non-refundable
  • Wallet balance can always be used for future publications

Invoices

  • Minimum invoice top-up: €500
  • Invoice fee: €30 (waived for amounts over €1,000)

All prices and charges are in EUR (€).

7. Refund Policy

  • If a publication cannot be completed, the amount will be refunded to the wallet.
  • If a publication is taken down without valid reason, a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
  • No refunds are provided for:
    • Completed publications
    • Wallet top-ups
    • Publications removed due to illegal or prohibited content

8. Intellectual Property

  • Published articles are owned by the publishing website.
  • If an article is removed, the publisher may reuse the content elsewhere.
  • Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights to any uploaded content.
  • You grant LinkAgent the right to use anonymized and aggregated data for analytics and marketing purposes.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

  • Payment obligations are not met
  • The Platform is used unlawfully or abusively
  • These Terms are violated

Account termination does not entitle users to refunds of wallet balances.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no warranties regarding:

  • SEO outcomes
  • Search engine rankings
  • Traffic or revenue
  • Publisher decisions

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • LinkAgent shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific publication giving rise to the claim

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkAgent from any claims arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Content you submit
  • Violations of these Terms or applicable laws

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
